Cemaat-i Ä°slami’nin Muhterem Lideri Hafız Naim’ur Rehman, Cemaat-i Ä°slami’nin Tüm Yöneticileri, DeÄŸerli KardeÅŸlerim,

I would like to say that it is an honour for me to be with you in such an important convention of Jamaat-e Ä°slami.

Burada, Cemaat-i Ä°slami’nin böylesine önemli bir kongresinde sizlerle birlikte bulunmanın benim için büyük bir onur olduÄŸunu ifade etmek istiyorum.

This is an honour and pleasure for me to address you under the title of “Ä°slam and The Quest for A Just Global Order”.

“Ä°slam ve Adil Bir Küresel Düzen Arayışı” baÅŸlığı altında sizlere hitap etmek benim için hem bir ÅŸeref hem de bir mutluluktur.

The prevailing international order that dominates the world today, based on the Westphalian state model and post-World War II architecture of the Potsdam and Yalta Conferences, often reflects the priorities of the Zionism.

Bugün dünyaya hâkim olan Vestfalya Devlet Modeli II. Dünya Savaşı sonrasında Potsdam ve Yalta Konferansları temelinde ÅŸekillenen mimari üzerine kuruludur ve çoÄŸu zaman Siyonizm’in önceliklerini yansıtmaktadır.

Yalta was the final attempt to reorganize the world based on an agreement among Winston Churchill, Joseph Stalin, and Franklin D. Roosevelt. They all believed in the superiority of the power. They ignored the rights of the “others” who didn’t have power.

Yalta, Winston Churchill, Joseph Stalin ve Franklin D. Roosevelt’in anlaÅŸmasına dayalı olarak dünyayı yeniden düzenleme giriÅŸiminin son halkasıydı. Üçü de gücün üstünlüÄŸüne inanıyordu. Gücü olmayan “ötekilerin” haklarını yok saydılar.

After the Yalta Conference, the USA created a system of alliances intended to prevent Russia’s hegemonization of Eurasia. The fundamental principle of the American grand strategy for the system of alliances is to prevent any hegemonic powers able to harnessing Eurasia’s, Middle East’s and the Mediterranean's vast resources and challenge American naval supremacy.

Yalta Konferansı’ndan sonra ABD, Rusya’nın Avrasya’yı hegemonya altına almasını engellemek amacıyla bir ittifak sistemi kurdu. Amerikan stratejisinin temel ilkesi, Avrasya’nın, Orta DoÄŸu’nun ve Akdeniz’in geniÅŸ kaynaklarını tek bir gücün kontrol ederek ABD’nin deniz üstünlüÄŸüne meydan okuyabilecek bir hegemonya oluÅŸturmasını engellemektir.

As seen now, the USA maintained the balance of power in Eurasia, the Middle East, and vast regions of the lands owned by the Muslim world by economic and military force and weakening them by means of internal and external opposition.

Bugün görüldüÄŸü üzere ABD, Avrasya’da, Orta DoÄŸu’da ve Müslüman dünyasına ait geniÅŸ coÄŸrafyalarda gücü ekonomik ve askerî araçlarla elinde tutmakta; bu bölgeleri ise iç ve dış müdahalelerle zayıflatmaktadır.

Meanwhile, the collapse of the Soviet Union has been of enormous importance to the United States because it has meant that for the first time since the American emergence as a global power, no one is threatening to impose hegemony on Eurasia and the Middle East and the Mediterranean Sea.

Sovyetler BirliÄŸi’nin çöküÅŸü ABD için büyük önem taşımaktadır; çünkü Amerika’nın küresel güç olarak ortaya çıkışından bu yana, Avrasya, Orta DoÄŸu ve Akdeniz’de Amerikan hegemonyasına engel olabilecek en önemli rakip ortadan kalkmıştı.

American strategy depends mostly on the hegemony of the natural resources of the Muslim Ummah and the sea sovereignty of the Muslim World.

Amerikan stratejisi büyük ölçüde Ümmet’in doÄŸal kaynakları üzerindeki hâkimiyete ve Müslüman dünyanın deniz egemenliÄŸinin sınırlandırılmasına dayanmaktadır.

Unfortunately, the current fragmentation of the Muslim countries has given the US a large maneuver opportunity over the Muslim countries.

Ne yazık ki bugün Müslüman ülkeler arasındaki parçalanmış yapı, ABD’ye Ä°slam ülkeleri üzerinde geniÅŸ bir manevra alanı saÄŸlamaktadır.

This weakening and conflicts of Muslim countries is creating the opportunity for other Powers acting with the US to emerge as regional Powers. For example, the lack of unity of Muslim Ummah is allowing Israel to become a regional center of power.

Müslüman ülkelerin zayıflığı ve aralarındaki çatışmalar, ABD ile birlikte hareket eden diÄŸer güçlere de bölgesel aktör olma imkânı saÄŸlamaktadır. ÖrneÄŸin; Ümmet’in birlikten uzak oluÅŸu, Ä°srail’in bölgesel bir güç merkezi hâline gelmesine kapı aralamaktadır.

A big effort is required to restore the relations among the Muslim Ummah.

Ümmet içindeki iliÅŸkilerin yeniden ihyası için büyük bir çaba gerekmektedir.

We should bring all the Muslim Ummah together. Unity is crucially important for us against Zionism. As Muslim countries, we should strengthen the ties between us.

Bütün Müslümanları bir araya getirmeliyiz. Siyonizm’e karşı birlik bizim için hayati önemdedir. Müslüman ülkeler olarak baÄŸlarımızı güçlendirmeliyiz.

In today’s world, most of the seas and oceans, natural resources and strategic elements of the world are within the boundaries of the Muslim countries. Muslim countries have the two third of the oil in the world, half of the water resources of the world, half of the natural gas reserves of the world and 40 percent of Uranium reserves of the world. This is an enormous power for Muslim Ummah.

Bugünün dünyasında, denizlerin ve okyanusların, doÄŸal kaynakların ve stratejik unsurların önemli bir kısmı Müslüman ülkelerin sınırları içerisindedir. Müslüman ülkeler dünya petrolünün üçte ikisine, su kaynaklarının yarısına, doÄŸal gaz rezervlerinin yarısına ve uranyum rezervlerinin yüzde 40’ına sahiptir. Bu, Ümmet adına muazzam bir güçtür.

If we come together, take decisions together and act together we can establish a Just World Order with the help of this power.

EÄŸer bir araya gelir, birlikte kararlar alır ve birlikte hareket edersek, bu güç sayesinde adil bir dünya düzeni kurabiliriz.

Because we can use this power as a sanction force against America and Israel.

Bu gücü Amerika ve Ä°srail’e karşı bir yaptırım unsuru olarak kullanabiliriz.

At this point I would like to mention the importance of D-8 Organization.

Bu noktada D-8 TeÅŸkilatı’nın önemine deÄŸinmek isterim.

D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation consisted of eight countries: Türkiye, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Ä°ran, Egypt, and Nigeria. This organization was founded by Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan, former Prime Minister of Türkiye, on June 15, 1997.

D-8 Ekonomik Ä°ÅŸbirliÄŸi TeÅŸkilatı, Türkiye, Pakistan, BangladeÅŸ, Endonezya, Malezya, Ä°ran, Mısır ve Nijerya’dan oluÅŸmaktadır. Bu teÅŸkilat, Türkiye’nin eski BaÅŸbakanı Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan hocamız tarafından 15 Haziran 1997’de kurulmuÅŸtur.

D-8 Organization could play an important role for member countries to cooperate extensively on the economic, commercial, military and financial fronts.

D-8, üye ülkelerin ekonomik, ticari, askerî ve finansal alanlarda kapsamlı iÅŸ birliÄŸi yapması için önemli bir rol oynayabilir.

Meanwhile, D-8 could restore the long-neglected ties among the Muslim Countries and demonstrate a commitment to the unity of Muslims worldwide.

Aynı zamanda Ä°slam ülkeleri arasındaki uzun süredir ihmal edilmiÅŸ baÄŸları yeniden canlandırabilir ve Müslümanların birliÄŸine yönelik güçlü bir irade ortaya koyabilir.

Former Prime Minister of Türkiye, Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan assigned D-8 as a locomotive in bringing Muslim nations together.

BaÅŸbakan Prof. Dr. Erbakan hocamız, D-8’i Müslüman ülkeleri bir araya getirecek bir lokomotif olarak tanımlamıştır.

Prof.Dr. Erbakan repeatedly assured that D-8 was open to new members and aimed to gather all Muslim countries under this umbrella and to form the D-60 in the near future.

Prof. Dr. Erbakan, D-8’in yeni üyelere açık olduÄŸunu defalarca belirtmiÅŸ, tüm Müslüman ülkelerin bu çatı altında birleÅŸmesini ve yakın gelecekte D-60 yapılanmasının oluÅŸturulmasını hedeflemiÅŸtir.

D-8 resembles the group of non-aligned nations by its emphasis on fair sharing of world resources, fair trade, emphasis on economic cooperation among the member states, rejection of market domination by Western economic giants, and emphasis on justice, freedom, and peace, instead of oppression and economic exploitation.

D-8; dünya kaynaklarının adil paylaşımı, adil ticaret, üye devletler arasında ekonomik iÅŸbirliÄŸinin güçlendirilmesi, Batılı ekonomik devlerin piyasa hâkimiyetinin reddi ve zulüm ile sömürü yerine adalet, özgürlük ve barışa vurgu yapması yönleriyle BaÄŸlantısızlar Hareketi’ne benzemektedir.

Meanwhile, if international defense, trade and investment platforms like the European Union, NATO, ASEAN etc. can perform, why can D-8 not be strengthened further into a comprehensive partnership platform by including defense, trade, and investment aspects?

Bu arada, eÄŸer Avrupa BirliÄŸi, NATO, ASEAN gibi uluslararası savunma, ticaret ve yatırım platformları etkili ÅŸekilde iÅŸleyebiliyorsa, D-8 neden savunma, ticaret ve yatırım boyutlarını da içeren daha kapsamlı bir ortaklık platformuna dönüÅŸmesin?

As a summary, D-8 Organization could play a pioneering role for ‘JUST WORLD ORDER’ as the existing ‘WORLD ORDER’, which is trying to implement a single world government, cannot uphold justice, peace and mutual respect for the whole world.

Özetle, mevcut dünya düzeni, tek bir dünya hükümeti dayatmaya çalışan, adaleti, barışı ve karşılıklı saygıyı koruyamayan bir düzendir. D-8, ADIL BÄ°R DÜNYA DÜZENI inÅŸa edilmesi için öncü bir rol üstlenebilir.

THE CURRENT WORLD ORDER, which is established after the World War 2 at Yalta Conference, means destruction, massacre, blood, tears, and savagery.

Bugün II. Dünya Savaşı sonrasında Yalta’da kurulan dünya düzeni, yıkım, katliam, kan, gözyaşı ve vahÅŸetten baÅŸka bir ÅŸey üretmemektedir.

If the D-8 countries act in cooperation, then D-8 organization could be a counterbalance for any conflict and secure the rights of the Muslims facing oppression such as the Palestinians in Gaza Strip, West bank, Myanmar, Kashmir, and other places.

EÄŸer D-8 ülkeleri iÅŸ birliÄŸi içinde hareket ederlerse, bu teÅŸkilat her türlü çatışmaya karşı denge unsuru olabilir ve Gazze Åžeridi, Batı Åžeria, Myanmar, KeÅŸmir ve diÄŸer yerlerde zulme uÄŸrayan Müslümanların haklarını güvence altına alabilir.

Cooperation of D-8 countries can open the way for unity of Islamic World and this unity can relieve us from cruelty and exploitation.

D-8 ülkeleri arasındaki iÅŸ birliÄŸi, Ä°slam dünyasının birliÄŸinin yolunu açabilir ve bu birlik bizi zulümden ve sömürüden kurtarabilir.

As I come to an end of my speech, I would like to thank you for inviting us to such an important convention.

KonuÅŸmamın sonuna gelirken, bizleri böylesine önemli bir kongreye davet ettiÄŸiniz için sizlere teÅŸekkür ediyorum.

We hope that this convention will be a commence for constructing new bridges between Muslim countries in all aspects and to provide valuable services both for the D-8 Organization and a ‘Just Global Order’.

Bu kongrenin, Müslüman ülkeler arasında her alanda yeni köprüler inÅŸa edilmesine vesile olmasını, D-8 TeÅŸkilatı ve “Adil Bir Küresel Düzen” için deÄŸerli hizmetlere kapı aralamasını temenni ediyoruz.
